Campusentra — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Campusentra platform and the Campusentra Parents app (together, the "Service"), provided by Psix Tech Private Limited ("Campusentra", "we"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service & your school
Campusentra provides a school-management platform to educational institutions ("Schools"). Your access is provided through your child's School, and your use is also subject to your School's own policies. Your School — not Campusentra — is responsible for the accuracy of the academic, attendance, fee and transport information shown, and for decisions made using it.
2. Eligibility & accounts
The app is for parents/guardians whose School uses Campusentra. Accounts are created from records your School provides (your registered mobile number/email). You are responsible for keeping your device and login secure and for activity under your account. Notify your School immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) access data other than your own children's; (b) attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell it; (d) upload unlawful or harmful content; or (e) use it other than for its intended purpose. We may suspend access for breach.
4. Fees & payments
Where the app enables online fee payment, you pay your School through a third-party payment gateway; Campusentra is the technology provider, not the merchant or a party to the payment. Fee amounts, dues, refunds, and disputes are governed by your School's policies and the payment gateway's terms. Verify every payment confirmation and retain your receipt.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, software, and content (excluding your School's data and your personal data) are owned by Campusentra or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
6. Privacy
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data (including your child's) is processed. Your School is the data fiduciary; Campusentra is the processor.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g., Google/Firebase for sign-in, notifications, maps; the payment gateway). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and your School may change or revoke your access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campusentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your School's data/decisions, third-party services, or your failure to secure your account. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension & termination
Your access is controlled by your School and ends when your relationship with the School ends. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Kollam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified in-app or by your School. Continued use means acceptance.
